Introduction Course to Form V Longsaber

An introduction course to From V with Longsaber for athletes that want to get a deeper understanding of the Form outside of what's shown in Course Y.

The course is a good start for those concidering doing an instructor course of Form V, but don't have the chance to train the Form first as a student.

Especially helpful for Academies that don't have access to Form V currently.
